RANGE ROVER CLASSIC RESTORATION
When acquired the Rangie was in fair condition, Masai Red
As the vehicle was stripped down it became clear that its original colour was Tuscan Blue. Interestingly, the front guards were Bahama Gold underneath, so had been changed out at some stage.
Bodywork in generally good condition. Some minor rust to be cut out of steel sections, such as inner guards and door frames.
Differentials and Gearbox were completely overhauled. New bearings, seals, synchro, plus some worn gears and shafts to be replaced.
Work is ongoing. Repainting in Tuscan Blue asap.
